No. Registration is FREE for the general public. We only charge a small fee for the tag / labels.
Yes. In the event of items being found we only send you an alert, with details of how to get in touch with the 'finder'. They cannot see your contact information. This is only shared between you once you agree on how to retrieve the item.
The person who finds your item can send a message via internet or via smartphone using our mobile site. You get a message informing you the item was found. You have their contact details to get in touch with them. We take no involvement once contact has been made.
No, you do not have to give a reward. But a reward of some kind is usually a good incentive and could be related to how important the item is.
Very easy. We make it simple and straighforward for someone to get in touch. A simple form is all the need to fill out on their computer or mobile phone.
